Solo 603 ( Cut from other video's )
« on: December 26, 2020, 01:56:43 PM »
This is a saw that needs to be front and center, not some filler or side show in another video focused on something else. SO in that spirit I cut some video time from other video's where I had this 603 and stuck together a Just 603 video.. :)

I have seen very few Solos, they were virtually unknown here although the sprayers were popular with orchardists.

I have the 80cc variant of that saw. It is barely broken in, has sat for decades. It was more than I needed or could really handle. I got a good deal on it and it was too cool to pass up.
If anyone is interested I would gladly sell it (adhering to forum rules). It needs either a spark plug and/or ignition module. Otherwise hardly used

I ran Solo saws for years had a pair of 656 and a 694. They were great saws but the parts started drying up. I sold the pair of 656 first and then about two years ago sold the 694 it was to the point finding air filters got to be a problem. I have went to mostly Stihl's now.
