I might be wrong but Timber Champ may have been the predecessor of Mobile Dimension mills.
You may try to contact them.

Still looking for any info on this thing seems weird that the whole clutch is held together by a little snap ring that keeps popping off

Apparently a rare bird.

A new snap ring may hold better but sometimes the outboard side of a snap ring groove will round out, may be able to "sharpen" the edge of the grove and deepen it a bit with a small file.

Thank you for the idea the Original founder of mobile dimension build them after I gave the business to daughter and son-in-law never mass produced I think there is only like 300 of them around thanks again for the advice
