Partner P100 Super surging

If I'm wrong I'm man enough to admit it .In looking at the PM 1000 Mac carb IPL it does in fact show a governor .I rebuilt both carbs on those two saws but must have over looked it or forgot about it  .However I've never dead sticked either of those saws nor the 2100 Husky to find out if they richen up .If in fact they are limited to 8,000 RPM that's certainly enough .
Because of the rarity of these two saws,Husky 2100  and Partner P-100  I have no intension of reworking them for a racer .There's plenty of Stihls for that you can find parts for .
