WV Sawmiller

I went back to the local flea market today and just took the mill to show it off and advertise mobile sawing. I talked to quite a few folks and gave out lots of business cards. It was a little slack this weekend as there was another big flea market this weekend over across the line in Virginia. The crowd was moderate so time will tell if I get more business from it. I did get one unexpected sale where a regular shopper there saw me and ordered $1,000 worth of 8' long poplar 4X4s. I have a neighbor 2-3 miles away who said he had a lot of poplar down and asked me about sawing on shares. I may call him and see if he wants to just se ll some instead of me going up and cutting a tree or two off my place. IMG_4124.JPG
Sampson loves the flea market. I was able to get a choice spot because the regular vendor who sets up there had go to the Virginia market this weekend.
