We have now set up a Bargain Basement on our website.  Shaina used to call it Backroom Bargains and you would have to call to order.  Now you can order these slightly blemished tools right on our site.  No more waiting to talk to someone in the office.

the top of the page explains what our two reasons for not selling these bargain basement tool to our dealers.
then on the item it is marked what the category is.  Since there are more than one of that size we cannot be more specific or we would have to create a part number for each item.  You can call if you so choose to find out.

Here is what our website says:
Factory Seconds – Occasionally, we catch imperfections during production and fix them right here in our facility. These products perform like new and come with our full warranty.
Minor Imperfection – These items may have small cosmetic flaws, like a scratch in the powder coating.  They still function perfectly.

Recently ordered a couple cant hooks from the bargain basement. After receiving and then using them I saw no reason for the discount and more than happy with them, you folks were great to deal with and put out a great product.

That typically is the case - you can't tell why they are in the bargain basement.  Tools that have slight blemishes in powder coat is the biggest reason tools are in the bargain basement as we won't send them to customers or dealers.  So if someone forgot to buff out the writing on the aluminum tube and shows through in the basement it goes.  If in transport the powder coat gets dinged in the bargain basement it goes.

They are good deals.
