Barge, nothing wrong with a D6 , we have had lots of them and D7's, they have built a lot of roads up north in the real rocky ground , they got enough power to get the job done but not so much to tear itself a part .

Congra. on the baby girl , you keep this up your going to have a baseball and football team here shortly

Ed, this makes 6x kids, I've gotta find a new hobby. I think I gave good money for that 6, but I have seen it work. Found a 10k 6C in central NY, same machine decent undercarriage with 1x bad final, I'm haggling with the guy right now, another project I'm not in a rush for, I've got a couple ponds to do. 3306PC engine in that configuration isn't as common as it used to be, I'm hunting for a complete sister with a woods package.

He was only the 2nd owner, it was straight minus the few issues. Drag her on the trailer I get home.
I committed to cut wood for Prentice again, have to swap time and cut that job Sept / Oct, no good way up in there to banjo land, can't get a big trailer, did some horse trading and now I own a short Pitts 6 bunk also 🤦, not in a rush now to go thru my 3 axle BWS trailer this year.

I'm sure everyone has seen the fiasco in NY last night with the tall ship, my regular boat was the 2nd one there and grabbed them, I'm up in Groton / Norfolk doing submarine activities till mid June.

I'm not window shopping, paperworks been done for 60+ days the guy who has it is a shrewed iron peddler and it's about 8k to swap the pads, go Tuesday / Wednesday when we hit Providence, been waiting him out to see if he would come down. It's not an 822 Tigercat but it's half the money and I don't need a 55Ton dropside to move it. Almost 11khrs, not all spanked.

It's the gender confused cross over model, says it's a Jack but it's really a Deere, 8.1 deere engine.

Ok why did a tall masted ship try to go under a bridge shorter than its masts??

Maybe one of you Eastern side guys can fine some tall white pine to replace them...

Just to bring this back to actual logging.   ffsmiley

Let's just say the Mexican 3rd world navy preventive maintenance program isn't up to par ? It jammed hard astern, wasn't supposed to go under the bridge, was headed out to Bayridge.
