My replacement saw came in yesterday. They couldn't tell me anything ?? The receipt says "Unit seized. Needs new crank with bearings, seals, and gaskets" He didn't remember which side was bad and said the pictures were unavailable ??  Sorry I couldn't do better but I was reluctant to press to hard at this point. Thanked them and took my new saw home.
