Pain Free

Today I am pain free and it feels amazing . . it's a new feeling and I question is this what it feels like to be "Normal" ? I have told my story many times of being a UPS Driver and having two discs removed from my lower back . . that surgery was 25 years ago . . but I have had many back problems since
The past few months I was forced to just take it easy because of back pain and the heaviest thing I have lifted is grocery bags
So the forced rest has really paid off and this morning I woke up feeling Great ! And it's a new feeling

Life is so much better when you are pain free. Glad to hear its a great day for you.
Back pain is just, that a pain in the back.

The definition of Quality of Life . . the standard of health ,  comfort ,  and happiness experienced by an individual
Chronic Pain of any kind is no fun but you are able to tough it out . . now at 60 years old I simply don't do things that I used to do because of pain . . for a long time walking was very good for my back but not anymore
