Who is familiar with a Corley 440?

I am thinking on getting into this full time, so .......
I am going to look at a Corley 440 automatic mill.  Started life as a manual and was upgraded by Ozark Machinery.  Has Meadows setworks and is all hydraulic.  I know it will need work and some TLC.  Bu the price seems kinda right and I believe it will do what I want.

Any words of wisdom or things I should look for outside the obvious?
