What is this?  I clicked it and it said that the chat session was already over.

It free floats and showed up on the side of my screen when I logged in.

now it's just a box with a little red "x" in it.

Next time you see that button say live help, try clicking it again Tom. I may have been busy with someone else. I am trying this out. It allows somone to "Buzz me" if I have it turned on while I am working at my Computer. It then opens a chat window for real-time communication.

When I don't have it "on" it says leave message. Which actually is just an email to Timber Buyers

I have removed the live help button from the forum, only because at times it would slow page loading time. I still have it on www.timberbuyer.net so if you need me, go there!
