We have an old band type mill saw in our garage and were wondering if anyone knows its value.  It is a "Fairbanks" Pat No. 1-04 (153).  I have digital pictures I could send.

David,
Please show the pictures.  You'll need to put them on the Forum's GAllery to legitimately show them in a post. If you have trouble, send them to me in an email and I'll try to help.  Note your instant message file.

That's a power hacksaw, made to run off a stationary gas engine, probably made by same name, Fairbanks-Morse Co. I saw one similar years ago, when my Dad collected over 175 of those old engines.  ::) ::) ;D

  Some engine collector would like to have that.
All truth passes through three stages:
   First, it is ridiculed;
   Second, it is violently opposed; and
   Third, it is accepted as self-evident.
