posting a want ad

I was hoping to post a want ad, but did not see the start a new topic button. I'm new to the site and was wondering if I was missing something.

The Forestry Forum is not meant to be an advertising venue, so the commerce area is not made available to new members. It exists as a perk, for lack of a better word, to contributing members. This helps limits the spammers and those that join only to use the site to place an ad or for personal gain. I will and do make exceptions if one's heart is in the right place. :)

By sending me an instant message letting me know what your needs are, we can go from there.
