87 LT-30 wood-mizer, sharpener, setter, blades
« on: July 28, 2008, 01:03:41 PM »
As much as I hate doing this, I gotta do it. Lack of cash flow that is expected monthly has created a hardship that we have to find a way to over come. This is the only way I know to try and find a way to satisfy the next step on the money foodchain.

LT-30 manual with 24hp onan

Sharpener and setter is in very very good, almost new like condition. The mill saws fine. Just sawed up several hundred feet of cedar for Tammy's mom.

I dont know how many blades I have, but I'd guess 30 or 40. All used, but at the moment, mostly sharp.

$6000  takes all.

  Delivered ???  ;D ;D ;D
All truth passes through three stages:

Second, it is violently opposed; and
Third, it is accepted as self-evident.

In answer to an inquiry, I sold my original setter and sharpener tht came with my mill and used the money to upgrade to one I bought from my friend Lou. That's the one that is for sale with the wood-mizer. Newer and less then a box of blades ever sharpened on it.

Jeff, I might be interested in the sawmill. I noticed you list your location as Harrison MI. but your map location looks suspiciously like da yooperland. What gives man? I will check with a friend of mine tonight to see if he wants to check it out. We have been thinking about working together for a while and seeing as how we're both retired time is no longer a problem.

Re: 87 LT-30 wood-mizer, sharpener, setter, blades (SALE ON "HOLD" FOR NOW)
« Reply #4 on: August 14, 2008, 06:20:35 PM »
Well, I was going to post on this earlier in the week but got tied up in other work and then forgot about it. For now, I've got the sawmill sale on hold. I had some delinquent accounts send a little money our way and that help take the pressure off for now. I really, really, REALLY dont want to sell my sawmill but if economic conditions don't improve for us, I may have to take the hold off and sell it anyhow, but for at least for now, its had a stay so to speak.

Sorry I didn't get to this earlier to avoid this. Yer still welcome to come up and look at it and visit.  We are in Harrison. For now... :)

if your breaking it up, how much for just the mill?

I know better by now than to try and sharpen and set my own stuff.    :D
