Alt-Energy Solar Water heater

Anyone have positive/negative comments about www.altestore.com solar water heaters?  I'm looking at their I-80-64 system for $3763.  I figure my electric hot water heater accounts for 1/3 of my bill (which, as others have noted, is steadily rising...)   Anyone have thoughts on drainback vs. closed loop.  Can't see a reason to use drainback if you're using non-toxic propylene glycol antifreeze.  Am I missing something?  In my neck of the woods in Madison, VA, it gets down to single digits in winter.  Every few years we push into the negative teens.
