my understanding of Ethanol problems is that if the engine isn't designed with it in mind the ethanol may attack the gaskets and fuel lines etc... well at least a heck of a lot faster than normal petrol does? Not so much a problem in the combustion chamber but if the carb or fuel pump falls apart you are still in trouble
