  We have talked about it many times , we may have been able to almost solve some of the issues at one time or another. Here is an article that a good friend of mine has writen and explains some of what he has been able to notice over the years .

Finally, some good news!

It's about time it warmed up, up there.

Now, maybe it'll be easier for the ice-breakers to punch through to all those untapped resources. We're going to need them.

Maybe when all of the deep-water rigs pull out of the Gulf of Mexico they can go up there.
