Wondered if this thread would get around to electric.  We installed Suntouch mats in bathroom and kitchen last summer and love it.  We have concrete floors that were freezing, no matter how hot the woodstove roared.  The electric mats go in the the thinset are an easy install.  Power is still pretty cheap in our area, doesn't help get rid of the slab pile though!  BWW

I'm planning a small cabin w/ stone flooring and was just starting to look into this stuff.  A friend susggested this nuheat product but didn't have any experience w/ it.
