I have had my resaw for about a month now and have yet to saw anything that is useable.I have been on the phone with WM in NY and tech line at Indy and still am at square 1.
1-Belt on the resaw flat belt is curling up on both sides(BOTH SIDES) stoping me from sawing less then 3/8, well I could but would saw the sides off the belt.
2-The center of the table has a low spot in the center making every cut a wedge on boards less then 6".
3- WM at both locations told me to adjust to belt to cure the gurl,No way, had it so tight that the drive motor get hot after a minute(not good
4-Decided to install the shingle belt and the risers on the belt hit the cross member on the bottom side of the bed, stalling it.

Will be on the phone with indy first thing monday(not going to use names, I wont trough anyone under the mill). I

The customer service department wanted me to just say that our engineers got those photos today, and are busy looking into your problem. I hope we get you fixed up right real soon!

Great! What was the fix for the shingle belt?  Any progress on the other issues you were having with it?

No, waiting to hear back. I honestly think the belt is laced unsguare. I am sure they will resolve it.

Thanks to the staff at WM and our partners who manufactured the belt. WM has a new belt on the way to Sam. The lacing was incorrectly installed.  WM offered to replace the RS2 frame. Sam is going to see if he can put some pressure on the low area and take care of the issue. WM will replace it if needed.
Thanks
