Now I know the brochure says how quick and easy it is to set up the mill around a log... but how quick?

One way to find out eh?
First pic is timestamped at 13:05

Next the ends and rails are layed out. 13:11

Level the rails with blocks of wood. Try and get them as level and parallel as possible. Note the ground is not exactly level, but ya got to work with what you have  - 13:16

Last stage, check the rails are aligned and do some test runs with the mill frame.. ready to mill  13:18

So 15 minutes to set up is pretty fair, thats 1 person, thats taking pic as well. OK, I didn't have to assemble the rails, but 2 guys could do 15mins off the trailer I reckon.
And the log... Sweet :)

Got some good boards out of this one 8) 8)
