What is the meaning of the three pronged  red & yellow icon that appears below and to the right of posts?  Most of them are followed by the word "Logged", but I noticed that below one of my posts it was instead followed a series of numbers separated by decimal points.

It is the IP address of the poster. You should be able to see your own, but only an Administrator can read everybody's.
