Cedarman's Cedar

[WDH]

@Cedarman, his son Ian, his brother, and a family friend came to my place a while back for a hog hunt.  Cedarman brought me some nice figured cedar.  Here is a small keepsake box that I made from some of that cedar.  The first pic is of the top with some nice figured cedar.

That is beautiful.  So glad you were able to use some of the curly cedar.
We had a great weekend and thanks again for the hospitality.
The pig is eaten, but that box should last for many, many years.

I only use Cedarman Cedar in my cedar wood signs. Bought about 2000bf of it from him a few years back and very happy with the quality. I have a few nice burls set aside for special projects

Beautiful!  I have big pile of cedar logs to saw.  Maybe I'll find some curly cedar like that! 8)

I would take another smaller pile like this one... I made pretty good $$$ off raised bed garden boards out of these logs.
