Test went well, although the belt idler needs working on. Already figured a new design and have the parts.

Looks pretty sweet!  You have lots of room to put a nice screen in there to capture the fall-off.  I have been pretty happy with my conveyor.  Just make sure there is some way for the drive to slip.  Every so often mine jams up tight.  The motor I have on there is just powerful enough to run it loaded - not break the chain.  I sometimes cant believe how the pieces find their way where they do!
