We have been busy sawing pine and hemlock for my neighbors cabin. Really starting to get the hang of it and the production is way up with two of us working. We have cut all the wood from his property and used log tongs to pick up the logs and load them on the deck. Helps keep the dirt out of them.

Looks like you guys are indeed getting the hang of it.  Looks good!  Did you get all the hydraulic options that Norwood offers on your mill?  How do you like the mill so far?

I did get every option they offered. The hydraulics work great but I think are overpriced. But I wouldn't run a mill alone without them now. The only thing Norwood is missing are the simple set works like Woodmizer offers. That would really make this unit shine. I thumped some huge wood on this log deck and it didn't even wiggle.
