Breakfast Sandwich

So here's something a little different in making a breakfast sandwich. First, butter one side of 2 slices of bread. In a cast iron skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter. Scramble 2 eggs and pour into the skillet. Place the 2 slices of bread butter side up, opposite each other. Let eggs cook then flip both slices over onto the butter side. Flip excess egg onto the bread. Add cheese, ham , sausage or bacon. Flip the single slice on top and grill both sides until browned and crisp.
