Hi, i was looking at the procut sawmill plans to build my own chainsaw mill. Probleme is that Procut looks like out of buisness. No one returns calls or email. If someone would like to sell me thier plans, i'm interested.

I have seen people asking what length belt to buy for the Kasco mill, i replaced mine today and I used a 89 inch B v-belt. I had to adjust the motor mount a little so the over center clutch felt right ( the motor mount is slotted very easy to adjust).

Timberking 2000, After changing the belt on the drive and idle side with Continental number 85590, which is what Timberking recommeded I noticed slack in the belt on the idle side. And the blade started running to the outside throwing the blade into the metal. Anyone had this happen as I figure it is...

Good morning. This is my 1st post here. Been lurking guite some time. I installed a Mechmaxx 32. Love it so far. I am "trying to cut the beams required for my sawmill enclosure shed. A Huge learning curve ahead for me. I am on my 4th blade, nails, 2 rear bunker uprights hit, one that I just don't know why it dulled , maybe dirt. Oh well.......learning curve. Read More

Hi All, it's been awhile.

Been a little crazy, retired my municipal construction company last year, still dealing with that. Found out it's easier starting a company (22 yrs ago) than it is shutting one down. Very excited about being able to spend my time with the sawmill and our wood products business. Although, after a year away from full-time work I have no idea how I had time to do it all.Read More
