Hi everyone been awhile being on here. Lots of knowledge on here so figure I would pick your brains.
Got a 04 fabtek that we have been running for a few years now and just having some small problems that we are working through but it has been good so far....till a few weeks ago.
So working some plantation pine and the hyd function would just die. No joysticks or foot controls. Iqan screen would be locked up, engine still running. You shut it of and restart it and it will be fine for the rest of the day. That happen for 2 weeks off and on then 1 day it went off and wouldn't reset. Would thought the iqan computer was bad (black box) after doing some checks and calling a few people. Soon we replaced the iqan with a used one and BOOM! it worked for about 4 days then the samething started happening again. It eventually just froze up again and all the screen says is "parker" . Anyone have any insight on this problem or have it before? Read More

Hi group I am new here. I have a bunch of red and white oak trees I need to get from Purchase NY to Stroudsburg PA. There are some big logs probably 4 about 11' by 40" and about 7000lbs and couple 10' by 30" around 5000lbs. Any suggestions of people who could help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay - go ahead and tell me I have a bad connection. I know that. It may be I am still trying to activate the hydraulics on my LT 35 before I completely stop the head from traveling but in any case I have some burned spots on my copper "hot rail" on my mill. Of course most of them are right where I normally stop the head and try to use the hydraulics so I get poor or no performance of the selected function and have to push or pull the head a few inches to hit a "live" spot to get power. I've adjusted the connection point. I have never tried or thought of cleaning or sanding it or such and will check that later but it works when I move the head an inch or so to a new spot so I'm not really thinking that is the problem. I have all these little brown or green dead spots I want to remove. Any suggestions?Read More
