I have a friend in the Adams area, lots of snow there.
Another fatality in the town of Webb system.
Guy got stuck and was either standing or walking in the trail, got hit, all over for him.
That system is heavily used and I avoid it like the plague.

When we left from gristmill the lady there said be careful its icy they already air lifted someone that day and it was only 9:30.

Looks like this has been a pretty bad year for deaths. Hope it doesn't create more regulation.

Not my bag, but a lot of folks in my neighborhood head up on the weekends or during the week if they don't have any storm work to do. We are just a few hours south of 'the system'. Word on the street thru my associates in the NYSP is that yes, the major injury/death quota is pretty high this year. The normal Monday morning question at the coffee pot for the state level guys and dispatchers is "how many this weekend?". I think they have been averaging 2-3 each weekend for a while now. As I said, not my bag, I don't have that kind of spare change but do have plenty to keep me busy around home.
You guys have fun and be safe.

OK, maybe I am the woodcutter now.
I can work with wood, but I am NOT a Woodworker, yet.

last couple years have been terrible for riding. many ppl never even registered sleds. They are making up for it this year and that is probably why the death toll is so high.

I used to ride with a couple ppl that were always out of control. I stopped riding with them. I really did not like wondering if I was going to make it home to see my family again.
