mesquite buckeye

Yeah. Mesquite doesn't care as long as the sun is off it. When I bring home lumber from Missouri, I do that in the fall after the temps have dropped and the humidity is just a little higher. Dries pretty well in the shade. Sometimes just cover the wood to slow down the water coming out. Have to watch it then or it will mold.
Manage 80 acre tree farm in central Missouri and Mesquite timber and about a gozillion saguaros in Arizona.

Once I get everything final and started I think air drying and solar will be the way to go around here.  I might still want a nice DH for the final dry to have total control.  and to give customers an option of me drying their lumber if they have any.
