After melting away another brooms worth of plastic bristles cleaning out my 2300's reaction chamber,  I thought it might be time to search for a steel bristle brush perhaps with a steel handle.
Does anybody out there have one or know of a company that makes a good one?
I didn't see anything when I searched Google.

I suppose you want a long, round one? I think a boiler place would have them. They come with handles, but you only need one maybe 4 feet long, not 16 feet long.

Thanks for all the replies.
I was thinking of something like a wisk broom you might use with a dustpan.
I still have my long C.B. wire brush for scraping the heat exchangers- just looking for something smaller to sweep up any hot coals present while cleaning the reaction chamber.

Is the reaction chamber the same as a fire box ?

Just get a welding brush.  Small enough to fit the area but not so small it will take for ever.

I just clean mine with a square shovel.  Only when I need to replace a brick or preform a semi annual cleaning do a sweep the area.  At those times I let thing cool off so I do not have to worry about burning my hands.
