Administrator help needed -old belsaw manuals

I need some help and guidance.  I have some very old Belsaw manuals covering models; 'A', 'M', 'J' and the shingle making attachment.  I have e-mailed and mailed copies but would like to post them somewhere here.  I have tried to upload into my album but no go.  They are in PDF format.

I also have a R.H. Hoe (defunct) manual for trouble shooting circle mills that is very helpful.

How do I go about uploading?

Where would you want them stored?

Is there any copyright issues?

There is a link under the posting box for uploading a document  to a post. Pdf will work as long as the size is not extreme. If the manuals are of value to members, we could find an alternative way to get them online if the uploaded won't work for you.
