What to do with 45 acres of woodland?

You guys sure make me feel better about the drying process.  I've heard all sorts of horror stories.  Sounds like I can stack it correctly with stickers in a dry place and just wait. 

This forum has certainly gotten me thinking.  If I knew for sure that this could cash flow, I would jump quicker, but once again, I'm a rather cautious person.
