PA.Logging Question

I was talking to a fellow about poor logging practices and he said someting about a points system in Pa. Can anyone tell me how that works ?

I was told they have a logging program simular to Ohio's master logging program. And this so called points system was used when loggers got into a jam by doing poor logging practices and the points were used at that time. And it was available to landowners thinking about picking a logger then they could make the call if they wanted to sell to that company or not.

asked my log buyer from pa about this and he never heard anything

if you mean illegal practice, then i know the county guys will shun those loggers. no points system here that i am aware of.
