Playing with the new mill

All that got copied was the title, it seems that I can't even follow instructions.  The only Edit button is at the top of my browser and this is all it would do.  HELP >:( >:( >:( >:(

Ernie,
Click the "modify" button in the upper right hand corner of that last post.
Look for the line that says "Additional Options" and click it.
Click the line that says "Click here for member photo gallery".
then click "my gallery" at the top.
Pick out your pic and click on it.
After it opens, look for a line that says "Click to copy photo insertion code", click it.
Go back to yor post and where you want the pic, click the "edit" button in the tool bar at the very top of your page.
Then click paste. The code should be copied, then hit the "save" button under the post box.

Need more help, just say so! ;)

G'day Ernie,
Way to go!  Nice looking mill youve got there.  Im sure thats going to keep you busy.  Once word gets round, Im sure you will get some returns from it.

Hey Sprucebunny, I sure do get sawdust down my gumboots (wellies) but when I come into the house, Jan knows that I have been productive by my trail through the lounge (Living Room)

For safey sake I would rather see you milling with at least long pants and probably the mfgr says safety chaps. I'll admie I don't use the chaps but I do use long pants to help a little to protect against something being thrown out. :P I do like the looks of the mill though. I'm a swinger too and I like the production and the large log capabilities.
logging small time for years but just learning how,  2012 36 HP Mahindra tractor, 3point log arch, 8000# class excavator, lifts 2500# and sets logs on mill precisely where needed, Woodland Mills HM130Max , maple syrup a hobby that consumes my time. looking to learn blacksmithing.

Ernie,
Great pics. I thought you were upside down in NZ but from one of the pics in your gallery you are also sideways too. ::)  ;)

I've lived upside down here for 35 years, I guess too much blood has run to my head.  I still have to put titles and stuff in my gallery.  That pic is of our 12 year old pines which we prune to about 10 meters (34 feet).  We hope that when we mill these in another 15 years we will get a premium for extra long boards that the local sawmill can't produce although I'm not looking forward to lifting a 6 X 12 34 feet long when I'm 79 years old. ::)

It's not a swinger, it has two blades and does both cuts in one pass then returns the cut piece behind you.  With the guards in place, everything is thrown out either to the front or the sides.
