Went out to get a gasket and a belt for the freightliner this morning at a local truck gargae I deal with. Pull in and whats sitting there ripped to pieces? a 92 just like mine, well 20 years newer. Guy owee them some money so they took it in. Seems he bought a new truck and parked this one. They where stripping it for usable parts. Bout made me sick to see a good truck go to waste. Mechanic told me he drove it in and it rn great.

Wish I had gotten there before they stripped it I would have traded mine for it

Oh welll they had what they wanted off it And told me I could take anything I wanted for $75
Took alll the interior panels

I seriously considered it, But they had torched off the shift tower which is differant than mine and the steering which was also differant, plus they had all ready took a bunch of electrical out of it. If I had seen it two days ago I would have abscounded with the whole cab and frame and put my driveline in itor traded them my truck and fixed this one up, eitherway what was left was more work than what I have.
