is it possible to embed a youtube video in a post?

or is a link the way to go?

I still need to fix the ability to embed. When we went to secure server, the auto embed function here broke. Just use a link, that way once  i get the mental confidence back to tackle this. Ill get it fixed. 
I can change my profile okay. No errors. If you can,t remove all the extra info in other fields and try.
