I haven't been on in a while.  Lost my father and partner in WilliamsTimber harvesting 5-3-20 to lung cancer, with complications. My father was jwilly, he loved the forum and we met some great people, in boonville 3 years ago. Just wanted to let you all know he loved reading you stories and questions.  Log on be safe, hope to be looking at the forum soon. I didn't post this for simpathy , just to let you all know we lost jwilly.  Thank you.  John Williams Jr [tj240].

So sorry for your loss.  To loose a dad is hard.  I still miss mine after 15 years, but I remember happy stuff and experiences.  You should have a bunch of those given not only the family relationship but the business partner/ friend relationship.

I lost Dad on 4-28-10 and Mom on 7-4-14. Hard but will make it and I know you will too.

Thank you for letting everyone know.  When we don't see someone for a long while, we wonder what happened to them.  Keep your chin up.  I have lost both of mine.  It will get better, although you won't ever get totally over the loss.  I sometimes just sit down on a stump out in the woods and cry, and my dad has been gone since May of 1974....about 2 weeks before I finished high school.  Tim
