In a few other posts I mentioned moving/building this spring/summer so here's the details. After 35 years on the farm we are downsizing the amount of work, land, work, buildings, and work required to maintain the farm, too much time spent mowing and searching in 6 different small outbuildings when I want something plus woman wants a nicer house. So we have a contract on a 1.8 acre lot with a nice ranch style house with attached garage and I intend to put up a 46'X64' pole building to store my toys plus have a workshop. We will have settlement on the house on or slightly before June 1st and before we sell the farm I want the building up so I have somewhere to put stuff, it will be a busy spring/summer.

Another reason for selling the farm is we have a beach house in Delaware we want to spend more time at and my brother and I have a hunting camp in the PA mountains that I don't visit enough, so I will still need my chainsaws for hunting camp firewood. The house we are buying has a neighbor close on one side but it's woods on the other side and farmland behind.

Well it sounds like you practically have the farm at the new place. Go for it and enjoy life 👍
