I suspect that within a year or two there will be a lot of slightly used mills for sale. Patience , Grasshopper. ;D
Thirty plus years in the sawmill/millwork business. A sore back and arthritic fingers to prove it!

I vote 2 mills. You know we like to spend other people's money. 😁 A circle mill might bring back some good memories.

A/C?? I thought you'd be more in need of a cab heater up there.
The quickest way to make a million dollars with a sawmill is to start with two million.

A Peterson, Lucas , or Turbosaw would make a good UP saw.
If I had knew more about them one would have been my first mill.
I would still like to add an automated Peterson or Turbosaw to my operation at some point.
