Fire in the hole

I have a  2012 Husqvarna 372 Xtorq I bought it new and it does not have many hours because it does not have the power or torque is should have only have a 18 inch bar on it and can still stall the chain no problem it starts good hot or cold will idle fine for five minutes can run on all sides fine with no change in rpm but in the cut on its side it is power less
Dealer has cleaned the carb many times may run better but still not like a 70cc saw
Dealer has pressure tested it and said it passed
What would you do?

I would ship it to me for proper disposal, my fee will be waived given you are a FF member.   ffcheesy  Sounds like a fuel pick up issue or a vacuum leak somewhere.  Have you replaced all of the fuel lines?  When you say pressure test did the dealer do a compression test or pressure test the case?

Will do fuel lines because of low cost but it has been trouble from new when it was in the shop for wannanty work when new to fix this problem I bought a Husqvarna 460 have more then twice the hours on it and has more power and speed it been trouble free

I may but hate to throw money at parts with out knowing it will fix it dealer has put in about five carb kits over the 11 years  with no long term fix it has never ran like a 70cc saw

I've got the same saw that I bought in 2001. Hasn't been used professionally but has cut all my firewood and quite a few sawlogs. It's always had plenty of power with a 20" bar and all I've ever did to it was rebuilt the carburetor once. I also replaced fuel lines as a precaution a few years ago.

Probably been looked at but does the saw have limiters on the high/low needle jets? If so has it been tuned properly?
I may be skinny but I'm a Husky guy

carb is set to lean, XT set properly has lots of torque and power . If high speed jet is out as far as the limiter will go then take top cover off saw and rubber part you adjust the jets threw, take a thin screwdriver or a chainsaw file and push the outer ring on the out side of high speed jet in , then you can adjust the jet to where ever you want , that outer ring locks how much movement the jet can be turned , Make the saw 4 stroke without hitting the rpm limiter in the coil and if you can set saw very close to it just touching the limiter using a 18 inch bar you should be good to go

I have cut alot of timber with the 365/372 XT as they are the same cylinder and piston, just the doors on jug are different, I took the top cover off the saw when brandnew and adjusted the high speed jet out about 1/2 a turn more than what the limiter would allow before ever putting gas in it for the first time

Considering what ha already been done it's hard to guess. Could be as simple as the curly fuel line being hung up and sucking air when on its side. My first guess would have been a seal leak, but it has seemingly past a test. Might want to confirm that conclusion by spraying some carb cleaner behind the clutch.
