Well seems I got the few issues in this 2000 woodmizer 40LT super worked out except one now.... Thre Luber mizer does not operate... Now this look like it is factory installed... But the green light will not go on when in forward operation and of course no spray... I checked the pump .. straight to the battery..it works... the two fuses are OK... Not sure what the next thing to check for would be... The other few minor things were pretty easy to figure out but this one had me going... must have something to do with the forward switch but im not sure where to look from here... Is there a solenoid somewhere that operates the spray?

The LubeMizer works with battery through the pump and the ground wire going to the LubeMizer controller.  The controller intermittently pulses the ground faster as you increase the potentiometer with the toggle in "pulse".  Of course the pump should run continuously with the toggle in "continuous".  You did not state that you verified the "continuous" operation.  This would also verify that your accessory breaker is providing the necessary 12V.

I have had to replace the "T1" Repeat Cycle Timer.  It is the 7 terminal block, WM part #024530.

Just remember the pumps only runs when the head is engaged to move forward (even if the pot is set to zero speed). This is a very simple lesson I have to re-learn repeatedly. I start troubleshooting then remember to engage the feed and there is no issue to fix. I think I have done that 4 times now. I am not dumb, just stupid sometimes. ffcheesy

My understanding was that this was verified in the original post.
