I am using a Breezewood mill.  The wheels have suffered damage to the 'tire' part of the cast iron wheels.  The 'tire' appears to be a cast in place neoprene surface which extends across the face and down the sides about 1/4".  I'm looking to find a place to get them resurfaced.  Any help?

Q-Cast

I
think this is the company that did the originals. Tell them its for a Breezewood mill.

Thanks Brian_Rhoad, I received a quote from Q-Cast, they still know how to repour the urethane.  They were not sure about any camber across the face of the wheel.  If needed, lathe work would be done as they true up the wheel after the pour.

Question:  How much, if any, camber across a 2" face?

I had my wheels done once. I had problems keeping the band on the wheels when i put them back on the mill. I used a sanding block on the powered wheel running at an idle. I did both wheels this way. I don't know how much crown I had on the wheels. I think the wheel was almost flat. The polyurethane is thinner in the middle of the wheels because of the metal in the center of the wheel between the belt grooves. The polyurethane compresses more at the belt grooves, leaving a crown in the middle. i think the biggest problem was the wheels were too slick. The polyurethane was really shiny and slippery when I got them back.
