You cannot watch this and not be moved. I listened to a nice report on the CBC about this just this morning. There are some things that should never be forgotten and this is one of those.

I watched it too,
My dearest friends' father and family survived the war in Nijmegen.
Somehow their home was not destroyed but almost every structure
around it was.
Grosbeek is about 8Km from there,

My maternal grandmother had an SS command post setup in her family's house for a few days during the German withdrawl. Before she passed a few years ago she said she could still hear the sound of the Canadian tanks rolling through her hometown pushing the Germans back.
