Looks like it will hold a lot of batteries.  I might have lowered them in by backhoe before the roof.  that is what I did with my 80 gallon 7.5 hp IR compressor in my shop basement.  saved trying to take it downstairs.

Speaking about bikes, my step son's son had one of those fancy electric bikes, that he saved up all his money to buy.
Well, he wanted a faster one.
So, he listed it for sale on facebook marketplace.
Made a deal with a guy to deliver it to him an hour drive away.
Waited at the gas station parking lot, and the guy sent someone else to pick it up. And it was not paid for yet.
The guy asked if he could take it for a test ride.
Guess what happened?
He test drove it right out of sight.
They called the cops and after a couple of days the cops found it where he abandoned it. The thief had rode it over the the local Wendy's and the staff there said that the cops were looking for him and that stolen bike. He dropped it and ran off. The Wendy's workers took it in and called the cops.
My step son and his son got it back.
Not sure if the cops are going to press charges or not.

Did a claim on a e bike last month. $14k.

I stopped in to Mark's yesterday. His steel was just delivered to detour yesterday. He hasn't back filled yet because the tar was put on one block  short and needs ro be finished.

I can change my profile okay. No errors. If you can,t remove all the extra info in other fields and try.

That tar works best with poly over the top of it. I did many basement retro waterproofing jobs with my Grandpa, and that is what we used. Roll on the tar, then a sheet of poly on top of it. Nasty work.

There is a product available now that combines the tar and poly in a sheet. That is what I used in our basement. It is about 3' wide, and you apply it vertically.

Any wall waterproofing is only to encourage moisture to move down to your drain tile system. If you have the actual water table on the side of a wall, it will be coming in.

No danger of water there. We got 3" of rain last week over 36 hrs and not a puddle down there. That sand goes deep, and he is on a hill way above the water table.

I used a product called dimple board that looked like a guy wearing cleats walked all over a suspended sheet of hot plastic.  it goes on and creates a waterproof sheet, with and air space behind it, so any water falls down to the drain tile and to the sump pump.  did the same on the footing and 4 inches up the inside wall.  it created a thermal break for the floor with pex, and effectively a French drain around the periphery of the basement floor.

Unless you're in water bearing sand.   :wacky:  Up here at the foot of a lot gravelly knolls made by glaciers is water. You wouldn't think so, but there is water coming out all around them places.
