Quote from: barbender on July 05, 2025, 11:05:03 AMA glutton for punishment! There has to be some teenaged locals that could sling those blocks for you, Ramon!😊
Correct,  but if you knew me in person then you would know that that would never happen. It would bother me for the rest of my years to see some guys error there so i rather do it myself. The downside of being a perfectionist.  :uhoh: and I'm just not the guy to stand behind a worker and tell him what to do.

I will be one of those stubborn grumpy annoying old men who just never give in and always know better.  ffwave my wife tells me all the time and she's right  ffcheesy

Curves are a part of Nature. All landscaping looks way better when curves incorporated in the build.
Looks Great Ramon!

It looks great!
I see that water tower in the back ground could maybe use a nice T&G  teak enclosure. I'm sure you know where to find some.

My work is getting harder every time with all these customers visits, inspect ceilings and houses.

Turned out real nice, the builders got a lot better after some a..whooping from the client.

I can see the hard work. Where are the clients, don't you have to take them to the Beach also?

yes, that's correct. we met with him the other day and i inspected the swimming pool from the inside  ffcheesy . i always have the cooler with some beers at hand, was 9 o'clock in the morning, i already know the client well enough so i opened a beer and ask him:
you want one or is it too early?

"Hey, it's 5 o'clock somewhere!"  He is a cool guy.

He is teaching me now how to smartly invest in the stockmarket, etfs, fonds, retirement investments, very interesting. that's his wheelhouse
