??? ???Few years back saw information on this stove in Mother Earth magazine in a doctor's office. Am thinking of building an outdoor stove but can't fine one with fire bricks and a lot of water to "store" heat in-most only have less than 200 gal. Doesn"t have to be HAHSA.  ???

You might want to look at the AHS gasification boiler. I talked with the owner about an hour the other day and was quite impressed. He is claiming 2000 deg. gas temps in the exchanger and only 275 deg. in the flue. An overall eficiency rating of 84%. Highest I have seen. About $8500. Indoor boiler. Search the forum for several referances to ahs. Tarm is a similar unit. Good luck. LW
Let's all be careful out there tomorrow. Lt40hd, 22' Kenworth Flatbed rollback dump, MM45B Mitsubishi trackhoe, Clark5000lb Forklift, Kubota L2850 tractor

 TH,
Welcome
Many, many, many years ago I bought the plans for the Hasha- never built it for several reasons- the first being $$$$$$, the second being the 2 units I have seen were not at all effiecient(not like my commercially made outdoor boiler ::) ::)) and were a real BEAR to repair leaks in.  Probl'y lazy is in there somewhere too...
If your interested I could rummage through the "stuff I might need someday" Archive aand see if the plans are still around.
