The saw wrench used to remove the bits and shanks can be had new for 30-35$, and is designed to fit the inside curve of the shank and keep your hand clear when turning the shank out. I buy my bits from ARSAW.

The motor you have puts out 85 hp if tuned up and with the right carburator. It is the same motor used in most industrial applications and some were de-rated with a smaller venturi in the carburator. If yours is really underpowered, find a farm machinery salvage and get a carburator from a Massey Harris combine, same motor, and see how much power you will make then. You may even half to buy a stick of belt dressing.  ;)

Thanks for the info.
At what rpm would that motor be turning to put out that horse power. Right now at 1950rpm I go thru about 10 gallons of gas in three hours (about $25) so I will look into what type of carb is on it.

Now I've got more to research thanks :)

I think that you are out of the power band when your Chrysler is only running at 1950 rpm. That engine needs to run in the high twenties to get the torque and horsepower were that engine was designed to run at.

You need to start with a larger diameter drive pulley on your engine and a larger pulley on the saw arbor using a flat belt, to make use of the power that Chrysler has. Vee belt drive would be the cheapest.
