We were looking around to have a website built for our logging company. We were hoping to find a few more markets and see where it leads us.

I knew Jeff designed websites so I talked to him, looked at other sites he had built, and we agreed that he should build it.It was all done by email, and one quick phone call. :P

That's great, Paul.  Thanks for opening it up for us to look at.

Your doing good Jeff!  This one is really turning out to be a winner.

Great job! Congrats to you both...Jeff for building a neat website, and Paul for building an impressive business. :)

Looks really great now that it's finished Paul. Are you going to have a price list for the flooring or will I have to call you about that? Als can anyone show up and buy logs off you or do you have set buyers?

Bizie,
Anybody is welcome to come up to the sort and pick out a log or a load. The more the merrier.I wish we had kept more of the pictures we had of things built from our logs. One guy built a large playground out of Cedar long butts, and bent logs and rails. It was shipped to Japan, and he sent some pictures to our former scaler. It was awsome!

Thankyou everybody for your encouragement. It means alot.

Thanks Paul.

I kind of feel like I need to come up with some more stories.  A lot of these were from stuff I've posted here on the Forum.  Others are some I'd written in the past.  When my two sons were in the military I found I was writing about the same thing to both of them.  So Mary and I started a monthly family newspaper. It was typically 4 pages long.

A number of people in the family would contribute something.  It got to where the rest of the family was enjoying it and were making copies and sending it to relatives further out. When the boys came home,  the need for us to put it together pretty much ended.  But the family sure missed it.

I've still got a copy of all of them and I went back and got a few stories from them for the web site.

A couple of the stories are from my older sister.  She's always been active at writing. They are very active in their church and she and her husband put out a little monthly bulletin.  She'll read one of my stories and it'll remind her of something and then she'll write a story.

Tom's got a lot of stories on his web site too.  I have been inspired my some of his writing and maybe a few of my stories have given him an idea.
