So I see that the bidding now is under "bidder 1" or "bidder 2." Is this a new feature in Ebay?
Y'all can pronounce it "puh-SKOLLY"

beenthere

Some are, some are not that way.
I was wondering if it's controlled by eBay (kicks in at a certain bid amount) or by the seller.
Jeff, do you know?
It was nice to keep track of who was bidding, but now cannot tell 'who's on first'.  :)

Its a new ebay safe guard. Its explained on the page. I don't have any control over it. Its really a good thing for ebay users as it prevents bad guys from contacting them with phishing scams.

I could post what I see, but without the permission of each person bidding it doesnt seem right. I also really dont know at times who certain bidders are because of usernames are different then here, which is also a good thing. :-\

Please tell me that fla.wood is a member! If you are, please send me an IM to ease my mind. :)   This current high bidder has a 0 feedback and never bought or sold anything on ebay before, yet has been an ebay member since 2004.  If your a forum member I'm excited and honored. If not, I'm concerned.

Thanks Jeff. I'll be proud to have it and I'm proud to help. I only have one question (as an e-bay virgin), what next? Does e-bay contact me or????

Got a new sawyer today. He's not very big and he's purty quiet, but he went right to work when he arrived today. When I left the office tonight he was still "a sawin". ;D He didn't tell me his name, might need some help with that. How about "Little Jeff"? :D

  Thanks!
