ACN communications

Has anyone out there heard of ACN Communications?

I just left my brothers place where he tried selling me on this company for my phone and internet service.  It seems he is caught up on this, what looks to be like a pyramid scheme where he claims they can reduce the costs of both the phone and internet while he makes a % for the sale of it and the more he sells the more he makes and the more others he gets to sell for him the more he makes (sounds like a pyramid to me).

The deal sounds good but who are they and are they credible?
