What is a sticky topic?  How about a locked topic?  A locked sticky topic?
How's everybody doing out in cyberspace?

Jeff

A sticky topic is a topic that an admin specifies to stay at the top of the topic list weather or not it has a recent post on it. A locked topic is a topic that an admin has decided there will be no more discussions in for one reason or another, so they lock it and that removes the ability to reply to it.  This should answer the question of a locked sticky thread. :)

I think we may have locked a topic somewhere, but I sure cant remember it.
I can change my profile okay. No errors. If you can,t remove all the extra info in other fields and try.

Old Age and Treachery will outperform Youth and Inexperence. The thing is, getting older is starting to be painful.

There is one locked and sticky topic that I know of. It is the Timber Framing Glossary at the top of the Timber Framing and Log Construction Forum.  I think it is deserving of both categories, as it needs no replies, but it needs to stay where I can easily get to it. ;D
